All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment methods such as KNET, CBK, credit cards, and other options listed on the checkout page. Payment must be completed before shipment of goods.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided the seal is unopened and the product unused. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Cancellation and Modification

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team at care@mande.one. Once shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, product descriptions, and other content on this site are the property of M&E Store or its partners. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
