Overview

Thank you for shopping at M&E Store By Kuwait Forever (mande.one). We are committed to offering fast, reliable, and transparent delivery across Kuwait.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all Governorates across Kuwait:

  • Kuwait City
  • Hawally
  • Farwaniya
  • Jahra
  • Mubarak Al-Kabeer
  • Ahmadi

2. Delivery Time

Usually within 2 hours

Most orders placed before 9 PM Kuwait time arrive within 2 hours. We usually deliver these orders the same day; if delivery takes longer, your order arrives by the next day at the latest. Orders placed after 9 PM are delivered the next day.

The two-hour timeframe describes our usual delivery speed; it is not a guaranteed two-hour service.

Delivery timing depends on stock availability, a complete delivery address and being able to reach you. See the Delays section below for exceptional circumstances.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee for your location is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on location and item type.
  • All fees appear clearly at checkout.
  • Occasional promotions include Free Shipping (e.g., above 9 KD).

4. Cash & K-NET on Delivery

Pay in cash or use the K-NET machine brought by our delivery agent when your order arrives. Choose the available payment method at checkout. Our delivery staff will contact you before arrival.

5. Shipping for Returns or Exchanges

  • If the return is approved, the customer may be responsible for pickup fees.
  • If we delivered the wrong or defective item, pickup is free.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • We attempt delivery twice.
  • If the customer is unreachable, the order may be cancelled.
  • You may reorder based on availability.

8. Store Pickup

Store pickup is available only for eligible products. Check the product page and available checkout options. Choose Store Pickup at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. Open 10 AM–10 PM. Only your name and contact number are required for pickup; email is optional. Collect from:

9. Delays
